Your dental care is provided on a private basis. The cost of this visit is £43.00. For diagnostic reasons x-rays may be taken and may incur an additional cost.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the very highest standard of treatment our practice has full digital radiography facilities. The advantage of this is that the radiation is substantially less than conventional x rays. The x rays are available to view on our in surgery screens within 15 seconds so all treatment can be discussed immediately with your surgeon.

At your first visit examination of your teeth, gums and oral tissues is carried out. Any problems with your teeth will be discussed and options clearly explained. X-rays may be required along with models of your teeth. For more complex treatment, a second consultation may be necessary to ascertain your treatment preferences. After this, a detailed treatment plan is formulated explaining clearly the costs and time scales involved to complete your treatment.

If you are wishing to improve the appearance of your teeth, then a smile consultation may also be carried out.
